Each conversion is different but you can get an idea from our loft conversion page here (link)
Under new regulations that came into effect from 1 October 2008 a loft conversion for your house is likely to be considered under “permitted development” which will not require Planning Permission. This is subject to certain limits and conditions. We can advise you on our initial visit.
Dependent on our current commitments, we can advise the commencement date on our initial visit.
As it will take time to draw the plans and get the council regulations agreement to commence, this generally allows time to book in a definite start date for you.
We give a two year guarantee for the main structural elements and all our sub-contractors workmanship. Materials are covered under the manufacturer’s guarantee.
The work is fully insured under our public and personal liability insurance. We can provide you with a copy of the document should you require.
